On Saturday 7th of October 2017, Grand Mega Foods Global, a Multi-level Marketing Company was officially launched at Royal Event Center, Obafemi Awolowo Way, Ikeja after its two months of operation.

GMFG is a duly registered Network marketing Company under the Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria and since inception have been an ever growing, active and responsive Corporate entity, responding to the challenges of food shortages and its promptness to adequately effect a positive change in prices of food items and other consumables to help reduce the negative effects of the ongoing recession in the country. 

Their immediate response in attending to the members coupled with special emphasis on partners within the network is their unique selling point. Registration and Collection Centers known as State Shops are readily within reach of the partners/members and are also committed to the weekly automated Backend Cashout System.

During the welcome address, the MD/CEO of GMFG, Mrs Chidinma Gloria Okoro, said the Company is a baby in the network market which has come to put food on people's tables and also put money in their pockets which is the reason why the company stands out amongst other network market.

"There has not been a Network Company that lasted the test of time as far as Nigeria is concerned", said Mrs Okoro.

She continued to brighten the members' hope by telling her listeners that GMFG is planning to grant loans to its distributors through a Microfinance Bank Scheme and also working on a special plan to introduce Grand Mega Foods Global Estate in every states in readiness for the members/partners to gets to the Emerald Stage in the company. These are the proposed brand extension for the company.


"It is the only Matrix Network that pays bonus and we are working on taking GMFG to cable networks where people can easily hear about the company and the plan to help feed and fund Nigerians through Networking", the radiant looking MD affirmed.

GMFG already have their branches in Onitsha and Ghana within just two months of operation.

When asked why she embarked on the journey of bringing this kind of network marketing and where the food items are made from, the delightful CEO responded "Because there is hunger and recession in the land and the food items are from the country, generated and produced by Nigerians. Don't be surprised too that we are also going into production anytime soon".

She finally advised that Nigerians should come en-mass to join GMFG because it is a company that has come to stay and should take the advantage now before it is too late.

Val Peterson also known as "Too Much Money", a Professional Network Marketer, in his own word when asked what advice he would love to give out to those that are still doubting the legibility of Network Marketing said, "It is only you who can tell yourself what you can do. Anyone who wants to be a businessman or businesswoman can be". 


The young entrepreneur also went further thus: "You do not have to wait for anyone to force you into it"

Prince Ifeanyi Ejiamakor who is also a versatile businessman and a guru in Network Marketing when asked why he had so much confidence to defend the business plan for the network added that "It is designed to support and help Nigerians with solid background and I believe that GMFG is going places already".

Mrs Roseline Mpamugo who was the Chairperson of the occasion said "I am happy GMFG made it. This is a company that will swallow every other competitors. The company has a mission statement and cannot follow others. The company's transparency is a marvelous one and their rare rate of understanding is unbeatable". She said many people dies through anger due to poverty. She again said that GMFG will wipe out all doubts in Network Marketing and give people hope again. "No road is too long when you are in the company", she said.

The mini award event which was part of the event to appreciate the effort of those that have been with them added glamour to the occasion as the awardees received and went home with various beverages and food items which includes bags of rice, Semolina, Milo, Wheat, Vegetable oil, Noodles to mention but few.

Ayobami Ogunleye, a trader and mother of three on Friday told a Mapo Customary Court in Ibadan to dissolve her marriage to Olaniyi because he raped her 16-year-old daughter.
